- PNG images must be uploaded with a transparent background.

- BEST quality images are 300 DPI. I am not responsible for the quality (or lack there of) in your uploaded images.

- Colors may vary. Screens typically show RGB but printers print CMYK. Feel free to ask for a printed CMYK colorchart.

- I'm human, so if I do make a mistake, rest assured that you'll have a neon "oops" sticker on the imperfect image and a replacement will be printed.

- Printing is done Monday-Friday. 3:00PM is the cut off time for same day prints submitted via website with correct design specifications.

- Same day isn't guaranteed but if you need something urgently, just email me to confirm it can be done. (Please add the rush fee if something is needed in less than 24 hours.)

- If I have to build your gang sheet, another 1-2 business days will be needed in addition to the timeframes listed above.

- Ships in 1-2 business days after order is placed.

- Pre-press garment for 10 seconds.

- Press image onto garment with heavy pressure at 300-330 degrees for 10-15 seconds (may vary per heat press).

- Allow to cool and peel away transfer film.

- Cover with old -shirt or Teflon sheet and re-press for additional 7 seconds.
