Shipping & Returns

PICK-UP & SHIPPING: 

Kasie’s Kreations has pick up locations in Millbrook, Wetumpka and Montgomery, AL. Details about locations will be provided after orders are placed. Please message us to inquire about this option.  

We charge a standard flat rate shipping fee for most orders. If international shipping is needed, please message us prior to order completion. Kasie’s Kreations does not guarantee delivery dates. Tracking will be provided with most orders.  If an address is incorrect or a package is deemed undeliverable by the postal service, buyer will be responsible for reshipment fees.  

RETURNS: 

Kasie’s Kreations accepts returns for non-personalized goods that are unwashed and unused in exchange for store credit upon our sole discretion. All returns must be returned within 10 days of delivery date. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The original shipping fee will not be credited for returns. ALL CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please email us as KASIE@KASIESKREATIONS.COM with your order number to inquire about a return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Kasie’s Kreations does not issue refunds or cancellation of orders once payment has been processed.
